Lifestyle changes are necessary in order to be healthy and spending happy life. These days people are indulge in those activities which is not good for their health and which adversely impact their health and life. Like:- sleeping late and waking up late, doing long hour works in front of computer, less physical activities, eating oily and junk foods etc.
It is necessary for people to change their same lifestyle because life style modification will help them to introduce changes in their life which can make them healthy and fit physically as well as mentally. Life style chnages can make strong the immune system strong and boost the mind power.
Following are the plan which I will change in my life :-
1) Sleeping on time and waking up on time.
2) Eating healthy food and avoiding junk food.
3) Increasing physical activities.
4) Doing meditation and exercise on daily basis.
5) Less use of electronic devices.
6) Spending more time with family and friends.
The above changes I will make in my life for healthy and long life as they are very important to be healthy and fit because these days our life structure is imbalance sue to our bad habits which can be improved by following the above life style changes.
