Tobacco consumption- smoke from cigars, tobacco substances, pipes are bad for arteries and heart and for the lungs. Quitting smoking and intake of tobacco helps in preventing heart problems

Sitting for prolonger periods such as watching TV, working on laptops and using mobiles is bad for heart. Being active and exercices for atleast 30 minutes a day is beneficial.

Excessive weight lands in blood pressure and diabetes which in turn affects heart. Maintaining appropriate weight is beneficial for heart.

Excessive canned and processed foods leading to increased cholesterol and bad to heart. A healthy dist such as vegetables, fruits and healthy diet is beneficial.

Alcohol consumption is bad to heart. quitting alcohol consumption or less intake may be beneficial.
