Health coaching is going to improve healthy lifestyle behavior because this type of coaching is going to be necessary as healthy life style is necessary for this fast pace life and as increasing rate of cardiovascular and other diseases need this coaching in people. So, by giving proper information about how healthy lifestyle should be gained, this coaching will play an important role. The coaching will give the same information to every place so that different information doesn't confuse an individual.. This is important for public health because tye deaths from different diseases have been drastically increased and people need some information how to achieve a healthy life style in order to be saved from certain diseases.
As health is the main issue, I think fitness coaching will play an important part.
Advantages that it will improve the attitude of an individual towards health. If it is available then many people will opt and make changes in their lifestyle. Knowledge of how to being healthy will increase and the information will be forwarded.
Disadvantages can be that an another cost will be added to people's life and most of people won't have time attend such coaching.
