First of all the question is incomplete, because what to exemplifies is not given in question but I tried my best to exemplifies these points;

A. False consensus bias.

B. Misinformation effect.

C. Fundamental attribution error.

D. Dispositional bias.

For describing all these factors I take an example for better understanding, so let's roll.

A. False consensus effect: Dan is thinking that he might be right with his theory that Bob is timid and has lacked confidence. And when he went to the public and tell other that Bob is timid and lacks confidence and apparently one of her colleagues also agree with Dan. This activity leads to False consensus, that what he thinks about Bob might be wrong but he got a social agreement.

B. Misinformation effect: It generally occurred when you do not have the proper information or when you listen to something false. In this example, Dan may not know about Bob sickness or he might think that Bob is making an excuse that his health is not good that's why his project presentation goes wrong.

C. Fundamental Attribution Error: The fundamental attribution error occurs when we overestimate how much another person can be explained by the quality of his/her traits, character, a state of readiness or in other words it is just a perception what we think about other persons. In this example, Dan only this about Bob timidness and his traits but there are several other reasons also which leads Bob to perform poorly. Some of the reasons are:

1. He might be shy or introvert that leads him to not performing well.

2. He might be scared of the peoples/colleague sitting in front of his project presentation.

3. He got stage fear, that's why he is sick.

4. Maybe he is not recalling what to describe.

So there are several reasons for fundamental attribution errors we can't say anything by just seeing books cover.

D. Dispositional Bias: Its means that your thoughts are bias-ed on the basis of others external appearance. For example, Bob is good at basketball and when he plays basketball he interacts with all player, that means he got some social behaviour also. He is not dull as Den is understanding.

ThankYou!!!
