Psychographic means that it is a study of customers based on their activities and interest along with opinion so we will be trying to classify the customer on the basis of demographic data such as age and race and it will be trying to understand the cognitive factors that will drive the consumer behaviour so we will be trying to understand the emotional responses and motivations and the moral as well as ethical values for these consumers in order to influence the demand for healthcare services.

Demand for healthcare services is highly dependent upon lifestyle factors and psychographic factors because all those persons who have a bad lifestyle will be vulnerable to get more sick and they will be trying to visit the hospital more often than not,and those persons who have a better lifestyle would be trying to avail better medical facilities as well in order to stay fit so medical facilities and health Services sector which will be highly benefited by psychographic and lifestyle factor because both kind of person are going to avail various kinds of benefits.
