These are the enzymes involved in the DNA replication. It is a sequential event where first of all helicase enzyme unwinds the DNA and themn SSB or single strand binding protein stablizes the unwinded double stranded DNA , helicase loads clamp loader along with it.

Then RNA primer is added with the help of primase enzyme and DNA polymerase replacdes the primase and starts extending nucleotides. In the leading strand continuous synthesis occurs and in lagging strand semi discontinuous synthesis occurs,

Finally ligase enzyme jois the okazaki fragments of lagging strand DNA.
