Some Economist said," Health is not everything in life, but without health life is nothing". Health not only implies the physical health but also it includes mental health which is more often neglected in society. The subject of Health is often neglected until it affects badly. A person never wants to look after their health until it prevents them to work or in other words, it shows some illness or disabilities.

The single predictor of a person’s adult health is stable and decent housing. The different age group has a different type of illness. Most of the adults are free from pain but depression or tension often reduces the productivity. Stable and housing can improve a person’s health. It mostly affects mental health. A stable decent housing creates family stability and a positive environment for living with a feeling of peace. It will affect positively. According to some economist, “a good home is like a vaccine which can solve so many problems and it can protect from illness”. Improvised in housing is another policy to improve a person’s health status.
