excitement which they feel in a live event, so they are not

attention of attendees.

of show because the virtual booth where the meeting should be
conducted needs some plug-ins to be downloaded, but some attendees
don't want to do that considering wastage of time. Moreover, the
layout of the virtual booth can become chaotic on different
devices. This can be avoided by using fluid designs and providing
documents in stable formats, but again there are few certainties in
that.

sponsorship: When people are in a live show then it
creates positivity amongst the attendees who love to eat a cookie
of your company's name on it. But sponsorship at virtual trade show
is just means that your company logo will appear on the page, which
will miss the chance to create a strong positivity amongst the
attendees who are our target audience.

When you are communicating virtually it’s hard to make an

benefits of the products are described in person but especially in
software industry, it takes a computer to really show off what the
