What are three things that countries can do to become more productive? What are the trade-offs or sacrifices that a country has to consider when trying to implement each of those three policies? Should rich countries be responsible or obligated to help poor countries in order to ease some of these tradeoffs?

Improve The Agriculture Sector - Peoples who makes nation and the food which make people . So to being more productive every human need to have enough food to live and work properly. That food should be nutritious food . So,to do this every poor country need to invest on his agriculture sector and provide them required facility and technology to increase the production and and improve the yield .
Invest on health sector - Every nation need to invest on there health care sector . While doing this nation can sure that people of the nation stay healthy . This can improve and increase the productivity. And while doing this nation need to invest on medical technology , infrastructure and other medical facility . This can improve the productivity of nation.
Invest on the Education and Training - Every nation need or should invest in there education and workable skills in the which help to people of the nation to be more productive and become more viable in the work place . The investment in the education system not only increase the productive of current generation and but also increase the future generation too.
The trade offs which every nation to make while implementing these three policy that while doing this the result of these policy will come in the future and while implementing this policy some other sector might left out which affect those sector and people related to them .
The rich country can help in the poor country in hard times but they are obligated to do this. But if they do this they will also benefited by this because rich country can have the economic benefits and other benefits while doing so.
