Solutions

Expert Solution

elisa dipstick focus on the principle of detecting antigen using antibodies that involves antigen antibody reactions. the sample containing antigen is mounted on a solid surface such as muti well plate which when reacts with anibody which was mounted before on the same surface results in the seperation of antigen and its identification.

tubex test involves the examination of bacterial saline suspension made from the culture broth using gram staining for the presence of bacteria oor the diagnosis of disease.

typhidot method uses a dot elisa kit that examines the patient's serum and detects the presence of immunoglobulin ig g and ig m that reacts to the antigen located on the protein molecules of outer membrane of the bacteria by using nitrocellulose strips.
