1) Jet Blue and Azul follow a customer centric culture where customer needs, desires and expectations are valued and fulfilled through incorporating a self driven organisational culture with satisfied workforce who diligently work to attain the business goals. Both the organisations are supportive towards their workforce, and provide required assistance, training, supervision and mentoring to their employees so that they can constantly improve their performance and help making the services of organization better.
The culture at Azul is based on the values of integrity, transparency and equity to incorporate fairness in its conduct towards its employees to keep them motivated and driven towards their work. The culture at JetBlue shows dedication to workplace diversity and incorporate a family based environment to make customers feel inclusive and integral part of organization so that they show increased loyalty and commitment towards the organization.
Another jey element similar in the culture of both the organization's is their commitment towards Employee Involvement and Employee engagement which makes employees hood significant position and authority in the organization. The employees at Je Blue and Azul are involved in the decision making and transparency reading the changes and strategies to be incorporated in future is also maintained with them so that they show suport and understand the importance of change. The senior management talks to the lower level employees, trainees, and workers and reminds them to diligently focus on fulfilling the customer needs.

2) Yes I would definitely like to work at Azul airlines because they show extreme support and assistance to their employees and guide them through work orientations do that they get familiar with the work culture and job responsibilities. Moreover the organization provides flexibility regarding the work methods and encourages putting new idea to improve job tasks. The family based environment will help me accommodate easily with the new people and will also help me to develop social belongingness in the company. The positive working environment will increase my morale and confidence to work in the organization. Thus I will love to work in Airbus because of the positive culture promoted in the organization.
