Organizational Culture
The culture of the organization plays a vital role in driving the organization to the path. This controls the operations and working style of the employees within the organization and that is the reason we need to choose our organizational structure carefully and just according to our planned goals and objectives. The industries are becoming more and more customer-oriented and in order to attract the maximum number of customers we need to be more innovative and create good relationships with the customers. But before moving towards the customers we should create that same bond and relationship within our organization/department and this can be done when we have a culture of open communication which will motivate the employees to interact with each other without any restriction and create understanding and get more involved in the business operations which will eventually attract more customers due to our innovative ideas which we get from our employees.
