  • Intensity means that how hard a person tried to work in a systematic manner.
  • Direction is the orientation how the business man has been directed in gaining and attaining the goals.
  • Persistence means that how long a person can maintain in his /her goals in logical manner.

The three element should be applied systematic and able to achieve the goals of an organization in systematic manner as follows :

Online education has been motivates the student to grab maximum knowledge and able to utilize there time in well mannered.

Teacher should be motivated and direction should attain in systematic manner.
