Gender: Social constructed gender roles give advantages mostly to males mostly.
They should offer growth opportunities for all equally and treat everyone fairly, That will keep the employees valued and accepted
Religion: Religion is a biggest issue throughout the ages, religious discrimination can effect the work performance of employees even if they are capable
Establish a sense of belonging which is important for the employees to bring best out of them
Mental ability: Everyone's mental ability won't be same, Some perform faster and some may be slow. The HR should focus on it and help for better performance and output
Age: Although people with all the ages tend to make mistakes. But mostly employees above 65 years of age often ignored and affected and find difficult to keep their jobs
These people should be encouraged as they have valuable experience and knowledge to contribute to company
