Human rights are those rights which every human being must possess in order to lead a respectful, dignified & secured life. Every individual has the right to enjoy human rights without any discrimination. Human rights includes right to equality, right to life & liberty, right to social security, right to education, freedom of opinion & expression, right to equality before law, freedom from discrimination, etc. Human rights are based on the principles of equality, universality, non discrimination, indivisibility, human dignity, responsibility.

All these rights are equally important but if I had to pick one, then according to me it is right to education. It is so because the degree of access to education impacts the level of enjoyment of other human rights. An educated person will be well aware of other human rights & will be able to enjoy them. Education enables a human being to think & question, the ability to participate effectively in society & contribute in the development of the society. Educational facilities should to made available to all individuals & should be accessible to all in terms of physical & economic accessibility. Also, education facilities should be accessible to all without any discrimination. An educated person is more aware about his rights & duties & therefore, contributes towards the growth & development of the nation. It is rightly said that an educated person has the ability to change the world.
