A COMPREHENSIVE LOOK AT THE BLENDING OF THEORY AND PRACTICE IN EDUCATION WHICH INLCUDE CURRICULUM INSTRUCTION AND LEADERSHIP INTO BLENDING OF THEORY AND PRACTICE
Every discipline or entity today or any time before or into future cannot work completely on the basis of certain frameworks and instructions written. This is because it is not necessary that every time the real life scenarios would come as same as what we have imagined or contemplated on the basis of some happenings.
The situations and scenarios change, so is the reflex action we take towards all this. In the question given here the various standards and instructions that are specified and given by the ELCC are also subject to the same. There are various standards with respect to the human capital management, instructional leadership, personal behaviors, building relationships, culture of achievement and organizational, operational and resource management skills given.
But the extent of how much all these standards contemplated as a part of the framework which is a theory can be bought into practice is a real question especially when it comes to the schools/colleges/universities which are majorly functioning under the government or public authorities of the country rather than being a private institution. Despite of having proper departments and personnel’s to carry out and take care of all the standards, there are high chances that all these departments though in existence are greater failure as the people working under these are only taking the salaries and are ignorant regarding the establishment and practicing of these standards.
But when we come to the private institution, the major difference starts from here as they will be forced to make or bring these standards in practice else standards which are higher than those written in the curriculum and framework. This is because their existence, growth and expansion purely depend on giving a good or the best service. And this is the point where there comes a big disparity between a public institution and a private institution.
Thus it is also clear that if looked in actual it is not that difficult to carry out any framework or curriculum or standards set by the authorities but it is the mentality of the people running the institution that these things just end up in papers.
And another reason for not having a perfect blend between the same would be the change in scenarios or arising of situations which demand an out of the box/framework solution. Whatever it be the final result i.e. the students when out of the institution should be able to carry themselves and get placed somewhere good and big.
