Appendix is a certified structure found in the large intestine at cecum .In general it is located in the lower right side of the abdomen .

Diabetes

An elevated blood sugar levels beyond normal range is termed to be be diabetes or diabetes mellitus .There are two types of diabetes namely type 1 or insulin dependent and type 2 or non insulin dependent.

The client can be educated with a knowledgeble ,evidence proof information in regards to the topic or disease condition.

Tell them in the language they best understand in how to manage the condition .

It can be managed well with the following measures

  • Diet: To take complex carbohydrates ,avoid unhealthy foods, soft drinks ,chocolate, white sugar. Increased vegetables ,fruits, cereals, pulses, grains ,sprouts in the diet.
  • Daily exercise atleast half an hour of being so walk in the morning
  • Medication as per the order
  • Appropriate follow up visit
  • Monitor for self blood glucose levels,reports in case of side effects .
