Physicians make up a primary external stakeholder group in your health care organization. You need to approach them about a decreasing patient satisfaction score, and their impact on this score. How would you approach this group? What would be the challenges? Have you experienced this before in your workplace? What was the outcome?
External stake holder group in health care system include in both goverment and private sector. As a staff nurse i am working in a private corporate company. i have experienced this in my company. In this covid 19 pandamic situation all our employees are staying at home and working for our company. Our health care delivery system cannot able to achieve good satisfaction score.So that our company needs to appoint some primary external stack holders in our health care system. It includes clinical psychologist, wellness coach, dietician and staff nurse.
Challenges:
Due to covid 19 pandamic situation our helath team cannot reach out the employee for clinic visit,so we approach our stake holder group.
Relocating the employees due to covid 19 pandemic.
Can't give health education directly to our employee
Cannot take follow up directly.

Summary
Covid 19 pandemic situation 24/7 Hrs helpline services and tele medicine we were started. In this we have provided the information regarding Quarentine centre, Testing centre(Home sample collection), Treating hospital and state help line numbers. This new health care providing system we got a greater outcome, also all employees satisfaction score got increased.
