1. Which term should be used to name this stakeholder group? Traditionally, physicians and other health care clinicians and professionals have referred to those to whom they provide services as patients.

Ans: - The significant stakeholders in the healthcare services framework are patients, pharmacists, doctors, nurses, managers, insurance agencies, lab technicians, pharmaceutical firms and government. Physicians are the providers of medical care to the patients. Other health care workers such as Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab technicians and ward boys also affected the performance, behaviour and actions in the Hospitals.

Ans: - Patient define as a person who requires medical care or treatment. The original meaning of patient is one who suffers. (A person who suffers from a disease condition and requires medical care or treatment)

We define the patient as a health care consumer. (But it is not necessarily consumer are a patient’s)
