Any company always wants their employees to have some skills which are required for the sole purpose of effective working of their company.

Communication: Good communication is always a first criteria in recruitment as a person who will not a better communication skills will not able to make an effective impact on the performance of your team members. Thus every recruiter always check for person with good communication skills.

Team work : In a team each one of them have their own strenghts and weakness. The sole purpose of the team is to divide the work into tasks and make it succesfull. They assign the tasks depending on the capability of each team member.

Problem solving: It always make an employee independent and this skill is not acquired by everyone. The sole purpose is that they should be always ready for challenging tasks which will always help a person with good problem solving skills to acquire high positions in the industry.

Initiative Enterprise: It always have adapt to new situations, create a long term vision and transalate new ideas into output.

Planning and organising: Any company will plan things before hand and organise things in a perfect way for the execution of the project.

Self management and learning: Any person should always manage time and try to learn new things which will not only keep him in a better position but also helps for the growth of their company.

Personal attributes: It is always effective if they are used in right way as it will contribute for the company where it is the character of a person.
