Consider the saying, "Nature vs. Nurture". Nature is what we think of as pre-wiring and is influenced by genetic inheritance and other biological factors. Nurture is generally taken as the influence of external factors after conception, e.g., the product of exposure, life experiences, and learning on an individual.Which do you feel influences one's health more? describe both.

Nature and nurture both have effect on our physical as well as mental health.

Nature is pre-wired where genetics play an important role in one's health. Whether it is physical health which includes susceptibility to certain diseases like chromosomal abnormalities or certain cancers which are genetically linked. Even aggressive behaviours , schizophrenia is all linked to genetics. Therefore, all this concludes that nature plays an important role in physical and mental health.

Nurture is the person's personality that he is developed from the environment that he has been surrounded with. His life experiences that has made him. The same life experience can teach a person poisitive and negative aspects of personality based on how he his perception is. Positive attitude and personality makes him mentally and physically stable person promoting health while negative personality may lead to bad addictions which may impact the person life in a negative way leading to ill health.

Both nature and nurture has it's own way of personality development which impacts the health of a person.
