Define Virtue Ethics, Utilitarianism and Universal Ethics and its differences.
How does each of these affect your Core Values and Ethics?

Virtue ethics
The moral values or virtues of a person ,that makes the action of a person virtuous is virtue ethics Virtue ethics is more personal as it is not a result of following certain duties or values while carrying out an action or the action is not based on the consequences., but the action is determined by the virtue of the person.
Utilitarianism
Action is based on the consequences it produces,if the action produces good to large number of people then it is considered to be ethical.The ethics of utilitarianism seeks happiness for maximum number of people or is based on the pleasure principle.
Universal ethics
Moral values and behavior that seeks non aggression is universal ethics. Universal ethics is based on not using force to harm another person. They are not rules but a set of pointers or guidelines for a better life of each human being of this world,hence,is called Universal Ethics.
All the human being are guided by a set of moral values and we follow them for our actions is Virtue Ethics.Utilitariansism is moral action that seeks goodness for larger number of people.Striving for a non aggressive behavior and not harming others is Universal Virtue in us.
We follow the virtues and ethics of parents and elders during the childhood but as we grow up we blend these virtues and we have a unique set of virtues of our own based on the perception and interactions with people, culture or society to which we belong. Most of our ethical values are intentional.
Helping others, being kind to others, volunteering a social work,being true and sincere at work place , studies etc are some examples of our core values that is a blend of Virtue Ethics, Utilitarianism and Universal Ethics.
