INTRODUCTION :- Virtue ethics is one such theory which was being provided by the Aristotle.This theory lays emphasis on the individual's own self and his behavior.In simple words,it relies on the fact that the good and more moral kind of behavior which a person shows,is mainly due the result of constant applying it in their regular life.As such,by attaining the habit of being more truthful,affectionate towards others etc.one can become more good in life.

HOW CAN WE APPLY VIRTUE ETHICS IN BUSINESS FOR THE RESPONSIBILITY?

As the theory suggest that one can become more better person by constantly applying good habits such being true,being unselfish and generous in their life.So further when a person attains those habit,this theory even makes the person,to consider the aspects of behavior,which he wishes to adopt for himself while dealing with anything.As such in business itself,this virtue ethics makes the person to be true and honest towards their work,by constantly reminding the person,about the kind of behavior he wishes to see from themselves as well as from others.Thus,once the thought began to rise in the person mind,he will eventually becomes more responsible,and will do all his work in more sincere manner,as a result helping him to attain more moral behavior,and become the more better version of himself.This theory compels the person to be more responsible about the business by his regular application of moral behavior,and by making him to think about the sort of behavior he would like to see in his business arena.
