Program implementation and the project evaluation is one of the major impactful and important work of the management of an organisation. Both will have high power of driving success towards organization.

Program implementation is one of the part of a strategic plan. The effectiveness of whole strategic plan depends upon the extent of the success in its program implementation.

Program implementation implementation include following points in order to ensure its success -

• Transparent and measurable progress reporting. All the initiatives related to the program is being tracked by an assigned team members.
• Proper and complete accountability of all the taken initiatives should be accountable.
• Proper staging should have to be done with respect to all the taken initiatives by the management.
• Collaboration should be there at all stages and in all the members involved.

Each of the initiatives taken for the program should have to be properly accountable to the management. So that an effective implementation of the program will get done.

Project evaluation involves continuous monitoring of a project and a regular collection and analysis of information in order to track the progress of the completion of the project have to be done.

Project evaluation looks at overall relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of a project. It provide a proper review about the process of the project and determine the completeness of the project. It access the worth of the project and areas for the further improvement.
