I am working on a project for my business class to creat a non profit organization! I came up with offering free WIFI/internet to everyone in the comfort of their own homes (without having to run to starbucks everytime you need to look something up) I am having trouble answering these two questions regarding my non profit so any advice would help!

In given situation -

As its non profit organization , it dose not hold any reserve fund to handle unforeseen events. As WiFi is consider and as you are becoming facilitator & if some one use this facility for breaking some one security system. Then unwontedly you will require to face unwanted litigation & explanations. As now a days WiFi system is not a big question better keep away from such offer.

Project for business class to create non profit organization- This implies cooperative structure. where all system get design according to no profit no loss base.

Help fund the non profit- Any group of person which is of common interest gater for cooperation of each other. For example just take example of Grocery item viz Oil consumption and average consumption per family is 5 kg / month. if for 12 month for 100 family gather then for year it amounts 5 x 12 x 100=6000 lit oil say 100 rs / kg then it amounts 6 Lac rs. or rs 50 thousand / month. thus bulk purchase may save 10 % 5000 rs/ month or 60,000 rs per year. This amount can be utilized for installment further project like installation of electric generator. Thus saving made in one activity may promote one another activity. which again result in saving.
