Fiscal Planning:- It is defined as it is a continuous process which involves the health care professionals/nurses in decision making about the alternative way of using available resources for achieving the goals.
Fiscal planning is involve the budgeting plannig for palnning care.

Impact of PPS (Prospective payment system) on fiscal planning:-
It is method of reimbursement that is based on a predermined fixed amount.
1. It help to reduce the length stay of the patient in hospital.
2. It provide basic information to plan budget & care.
3. it provide a better information about what the payers are purchaging & we can use this information for in turn, network development, & manmagement of medical care.
4. It also motivate to provide cost effective care to patient to avoid any unnecessary services.
Impact of pay of performance on fiscal planning:-
Pay for performance is refer to the strategies to pay according to performance of the individual.
1. It motivate the health care worker to do more to drive good income levels. If the employee are good motivated they are working harder that is beneficial for the company or organization. In this way the pay for performance do impact on fiscal planning.
