Also it's very important for nurse to stay calm and being positive during conflicts resolutions and ensure to focus on moving forward as a team rather than pondering on past conflicts with team members. 2) some negative effects of unresolved conflict includes: it can increase stress in its members, which affects the professional and personal lives. ii) Performance and productivity is decreased. iii) The morale of member is reduce as well as their motivation.
