NO-COMMUNICABLE DISEASES: which doesnot transfer from one perspn to another.

Difference between commnicable and non communicable diseases are mentioned below

Communicable diseases

* Which passes from one individual to another.

* disease progression might be seasonal.

* pathogenic micro-organism are the primary cause.

* it can't be inherited from one generation to another.

* virus, fungi, bactria act as agents or vectors.

* spread through the contamonated air, surface, food, or by contact.

*affects in resporatory tract such as common cold, influenza, Tuberculosis.

*symptoms can occur quickly as a day two feom the entry of pathogen.

*seviarity is less develop quickly, need short term treatment.

*No relapse period.

*Accurate diagnostic test are availiable.

* Short term treatment shedule.

*Almost can be treated except for HIV/ Aids.

* Can be prevent by conventional method such qs personal hygiene, avoid sharing utensils, food, etc.

Non communicable Diseases

* Doesnot transfer from one person to another.

* not a seasonal disease can occur at any time of the year.

*caused by nutritional deficiency, life style, hormonal abnormal proliferation.

*might be inherit from one to another generation.

*dont spread from one to another.

* affected organs are varied such as cardio vascular and diabetes.

*symptoms may not be observed until a year or more.

*more severe and responsible for death, long term diseases.

*multiple period of relapse.

*Accurate test availiable in some cases.

*non communicable diseases such as cancer and Diabetes doesnot have specific curability.

*may require surgical interventions.
