I would like to work with company where:

  • owner involve in employee engagement: In most of the company, employees experience some kind of communication difference between their employers because of their position or attitude. Therefore, that may be a possible reason for such kind of imbalance in the company where all the employees feel negativity in their company. And to avoid such negativity an employer needs to keep in mind that all the staff members of the company are equal when it comes to their service delivery.
  • Celebrate their success: A company where all the employees work their duties for the overall development of the company needs to understand one thing that they are a professional family and whatever problem they face in their department, they need to be helpful to each other. That can happen when a company starts celebrating success among every single person from the staff, to make them feel like a family. This kind of change can bring greatness among the official environments
  • Keep encouraging his people: It is very necessary to make an employer feel good about his or her working environment.
  • appreciate their Performance: it is very necessary to encourage the employees of the company, through some kind of professional encouragement such as promotions or performance appreciation.
  • HR manager for a company, how he builds a reputation that would attract talented employees:

  1. Communication: one common mistake many HR Managers can make is to speak more than listen. This is a particularly easy trap to fall into as you gain experience in the position: an employee comes to you with a problem you’ve encountered many times before, so you’re tempted to try and solve the problem as quickly as possible and move on.
  2. keep motivating their employee: One of the primary roles of HR Managers is to help guide employees toward achieving their career goals, both internally and beyond. each and every employee has different goals and objectives to achieve, and successful HR Managers are fully committed to motivating them
  3. Organization: Proper HR management requires an orderly approach. The ability to organize files, manage your own and others' time well, and maintain a high level of personal efficiency are essential skills for successful HR Managers.
