What are your thoughts on Hofstede’s feminine and masculine cultural dimensions. Be honest and share your cultural prospective. How does your culture see the role of men and women? Do you disagree or agree. As healthcare professionals, how can we continue to promote gender identity. Keeping in mind that people prefer the correct gender pronoun how can we ensure that we don’t make mistakes in the field.

Gerard fendrik hofstede was Dutch psychologist give terms masculinity and fiminine.

masculinity :- the masculinity side dimension Reperesents a preference in society for achievements.

• Herosim , assertiveness, and material reward for success

Feminine :- it's opposite which stands for a perefernce for cooperation, modesty caring for weak quality of life. Society at large is more consensus- oriented

01:- men's are supposed to be tough , assertive, and focused on material success

02:- Womens :- women's are to be modest tender and concerned with quality of life .

@ :- The fundamental issues here is what motivates the people waiting to be the best masculine)

@:- Liking what you do is ( feminine) .

As a healthcare worker we have to promote gender equality, don't show bias be polite with avoid gender discrimination.

Iam Disagree :- So both men and women are to be modest, tender concerned with quality of life .
