Major thing we need is interview board, well ventilated and proper area to conduct the interview and recruiters to look after the candidates during the selection process.

Interview board consist of three people-(a)internal health science expert.(b) external health science expert(related to organisation but external to location)(c) chairperson (external to the location).

To select the interview board following points should be noted:

1. Board interview members should have gender equality or balance.

2. They have no relation to any of the candidates.

3. They should have sufficient time to conduct the interview in a well manner not in hurry.

4. Interview board should ask one question at a time.

5. Questions should be short and clear.

6.They should provide sufficient time to candidates to think and come up with their thoughts.
