- Explain a recent incident or situation at your work place, or in another work place that you are familiar with, that required ethical judgement. Provide the necessary details to explain why there was an ethical dilemma or issue.

Work ethics :

Ethical culture that we follow in any organization should not hurt others.The example for this ,let us an example we have group of four people.So,if two of them are from same state ,they should not be talking in their's language.They have to respect their colleagues and have to discuss with common flatform that is in common language.

Real world example :

A recent incident that happened in our company was, one of our colleague has access to high internet .So,he shared his credentials to his friend who works in same department.After some days,the manager of him got to know that ip address which my colleague was using tried accessing the content which is no supposed to.So,my colleague got good amount of punishment for his mistake.moral here is ,when it comes in any organization do not share any personal access with anyone .So, here the mistake is done by colleague and it is considered as un-ethical behaviour.

conclusion:

So,here whichever organiation you were in,you have to adapt that culture and follow the work-ethics rules .If there are someone who does not follow ethic rules any organization there might be chances of firing him whenever he gets noticed by senior authorities.Everyone has to adopt the ethic rules.
