Nowadays, technology is advanced one in many setting especially in health care setting. According to the changes in technology, The health care provider is expected to provide care and record and must comply with the advancement of technology in order to attain goal.
Traditionally, the health care teams are physician, nurses, and other allied professionals who record the patient information in the charts in additional to patient care and made them difficult to chart, time consuming and it is difficult for them who cannot read chart with handwriting skills.
