Nowadays, technology is advanced one in many setting especially in health care setting. According to the changes in technology, The health care provider is expected to provide care and record and must comply with the advancement of technology in order to attain goal.

Traditionally, the health care teams are physician, nurses, and other allied professionals who record the patient information in the charts in additional to patient care and made them difficult to chart, time consuming and it is difficult for them who cannot read chart with handwriting skills. Team dynamics: The teams who have some adaptation skills to changing environment and take decision unconsciously. Principles of team science are applied for implementing and carry out the function of electronic health record collaboratively. Because the use of electronic health record system cannot be implemented by single individual effort.

With the implementation of electronic health record, it is easy for the health care team to carry out the function. But team dynamic and collaborative management of health care team play a role in recording and using electronic health record.

   With implementation of electronic medical record, team dynamics can help indirectly the health care provider to adapt to the needs of society and records patients’ information precisely. Therefore, it help to prevent medical errors, increase patient satisfaction, it increase competency of staffs. Electronic health record is a source of communication and can be trusted one and to avoid conflict management.

Team dynamics and Principles of science have been applied while implementation of electronic record. Each one in health care has certain roles and goals. Manager play leader role, guide employees after attaining trust in order to attain the goal of electronic health record implementation. Manager should know each ones knowledge and skill of using of elctronic system. Because everyone from different back ground and different knowledge of subjects.
