INTRODUCTION
Ethics is derived from a Greek word" Ethos'" which means customs,habits or behaviour.Nurses have to follow code of ethics to promote health,to prevent illness,to restore health and nurses render health services to the individual,the family.and to the societySo code of ethics are depends on some factors such as

-religion beliefs
-personal values
-peer influences etc

-Accorging to the National code,code of ethics defines" the values ,which are comprehensive and cultural adapted'
-According to American Nurses Association",it provides a means of guidlng legal and ethical rights ,responsibilities ,and obligations across the wide scope of nursing practices"
MEANING
-its a belief regarding right and wrong behaviours among nurses
-its a written principles or guidlines prepared by the associations or organizations
-its a blueprint for developing positive cultural values in an organization or health care facilities

IMPORTANCE OF ETHICS IN HEALTH COMMUNICATION
Clear and adequate communication is an important key to the effective implemenatation of care.In addition adequate communication between patients and nurse should be accurate.The main features of effective communications are as follows
