1) Ethics are basically principles associated with moral that can help a person to respect and have specific behavior (esp at work place). Such morals would get shared with respect to social norms or that of religious influences or that of cultural practices. This would show an aspect of what is considered to be right or wrong and what should be considered to be a part of human behavior.

Having code of ethics in an organization is considered very important as it gives a picture and idea about the regulations or the rules associated for behavior needed for ground work and for preemptive warming. The size of the organization is not a driving factor for the code of ethics and it should be standard in adhering to the ethical practices and conducts.

Business ethics are becoming very important as it is allowing the companies for responding to the needs in an efficient manner be it for the customers, or employees, or the shareholders, etc.

Organizations are mostly engaging, training or communicating with that of the staff via proper communication and with consistent communication as well as training that can help in embedding with the ethical culture.

The organizations are most interested in looking for better business ethics which is much more important for gaining the will for communication which can help in creating the organization for consistent operations and in turn make better business and growth.

There are many approaches which one can consider for ethical decision making which are utilitarian approach, rights approach to identify the ethical issues, to get a specific fact etc.

Some of the unethical issues are the personal privacy, have an ethical issue related to access, not having a proper copyright or patents etc.
