Do you believe there should be limits on rights and freedoms or should rights and freedoms be inalienable and guaranteed? Yes, before answering this question we will understand first what are rights and freedoms mean:
Freedom is the power or right to act, speak or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint and the absence of a despotic government .The right to freedom of association is recognised as a human right, a political freedom and a civil liberty. This freedom can be limited by laws that protect public safety.
Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth untill death. These basic rights are based on shared values like dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence. These values are defined and protected by law.
Human rights are Inalienable because people's rights can never be taken away. Indivisible and interdependent because all rights- political, civil, social, cultural and economic are equal in importance and none can be fully enjoyed without the others.
Under some circumstances the rights and freedoms to be limited, because, if a person has the right to drink alcohol or chew paan or spiting outside the surroundings..these rights are to be limited. Any right or freedom that eefects the suuroundings and engangers the public areas it has to be avoided/limited.
