Expert Solution

1.

It is the integration perspective of globalization that makes most sense because it has created different markets to be come one where products from different countries and MNCs are available for sale at the same place. This tendency of integration is still growing as more nations are joining each other to form bilateral and multi lateral free trade agreements of different level. Here, participating nations belong to different continents and it is only due to the integration. So, it is the integration that has causative impact upon the interdependence, social overlapping and compression of the world. Therefore, it is integration that makes most sense and importance to me.

One experience is the presence of human resources in the organization that has different nationalities. It is strategic in nature and it is only possible when world markets are integrated and one MNC can have workers or employees of different nationalities, depending upon their requirements as free market has helped workforce to move from one nation to another nation. Besides, at a personal experience, visiting a mobile store and presenting mobile phones manufactured in USA, China and South Korea at the same place is also an example of integration of markets where products are free flowing from one market to another market and leading to expansion of the market.
