As if being a nurse wasn't already hard enough , many new nurses have an irritating bahaviour and cutting criticism from more an experienced colleagues once they start their first jobs . So, the support to the new nurses is very essential to matain the healthy relationshil and work with collaborately .

  • First and foremost , rember that new nurses are looking to us as an example of how they should behave . Consider what message we're sending to them with our conduct . If we kind , collaborative and calm or we are upset and overly critical . Always think that we are also goes from the same nursing school and same situation just llike treat the new nurses.
  • Building the connections with colleagues is critical for both short term career . As an experienced nurses who hopefully already has a lot of relationship with fellow nurses , physicians ,   administrators ., one of the best things we can do is take new nurses around and introduce them to everyone we known
  • this will give the new nurse a confidence and helps in the get a rid of awkardness and hesitation .
  • As new nurses are bound to do more mistakes , in compare to experienced leader one it s our job to support them calmly instead of scolding thjem on a mistakes .And teach them how to do better in the future.
