Actually script kiddies are immatured group of people who only has a very narrow technical knowledge in computer related stuffs.

They cannot viewed as a junior level programmer charged with the task of running scripts for good purposes,because they are not actually developing their knowledge in the programming field,they just need to find a recognition among the cyber community and across his peers.Sometimes they may become dangerous without even their knowledge because they might be contributing the elite level hackers.

Script kiddies actually use others code to exploit the vulnerabilities in the system security,having no idea about the code.Even if their aim was to expose the vulnerabilty in the security,which is actually a good thing,they might be contributing to the elite level hackers without even knowing,due to their lack of technical knowledge.

They cannot be called programmers because they have nothing to do with the code created,this code might be bought from the elite level hackers for their personal gains.They do nothing good to the society.
