What are your thoughts on the topic of privilege. How can we use our privilege to support cultural groups? How can we control our biases in health care and provide excellent service to our patients?

Privilege is uncommon situation where the physicians may be undisclosure of patient information which would affect the patient psychologicaly and emotionaly, that led to medical contraindication. In some case this situation places major role in the whole treatment. This may led to irreverisable changes in the patient health.Some study have conducted in the European countries where doctors are telling that information will be disclosure to the only after looking the patients personality.Privilege is a exceptional case in the general rules of informed consent.

This does not apply when discolsure which led to the refual of care to the patient.As per my thought doing therapuetic privillege is useful for giving good treatment in situation where disclosure of information is affecting the patient negativly.These privillage also support in maintaining some cultural values.  if some patient family requested to disclosure the information as for maintaining the cultural practices doctor should do that.

This should not be baise for providing the treatment .it have some ethical and legal values in treatment
