Well, we are obviously in the middle of a crisis. What are your thoughts on how colleges handled the COVID-19 crisis? What about how your employer handled the crisis? What about the state of Massachusetts or even the Federal Government.
Colleges are handling the crisis by providing video lectures and online classes to their students. It is also helping them to be tech-savvy and providing uninterrupted knowledge to their students. The students have to no longer head to college, they can attend an online lecture, complete assignments, and submit them at the specified deadline. They do not have any excuse to make but learn new stuff.
Employees have given work from home to all of their employees. The employees are connected through email and video conference along with usual calls. They are able to save their travel expense and time. The work is being assigned to them and being completed by them at the stipulated time. Employers and managers are continuously keeping a tab on the employees working from home to ensure that they are on track.
The state of Massachusetts and the Federal government ensuring that people are provided with uninterrupted essential at their doorsteps so that they do not go hungry and do not go out either to spread the virus. There are medical facilities where tests are being conducted and the infected people are treated. Law and order are being maintained.
