(a) There are many sales tracking software in the market that can be used to track sales or other transactions. Agile CRM is also one such software. Using this software tool one can track and even save data about transaction processes. The main approach used in this software is an integrated approach. It is an all-in-one tool. Hence, one can use features such as automated services for marketing and sales, etc. The interactions are also automated easily and it also offers business intelligence. The sales reps are empowered and the overall process becomes smoother.
(b) Three main documents required for customer inquiry review:
Customer request document:
It includes quotations of sales and GTIN number along with materials, conditions, services, etc.
Quality monitoring document:
In this document all the data related to interactions and other skills is mentioned. The deficiencies are also written along with time of monitoring and improvement tips.
Feedback document:
All the feedback through various channels is captured in this document.
