a) If i get a call regarding patient first i will remember the case and ask to the head nurse regarding the staff who have handled the case. If the case was handled by me then i would ask the details of the person who is calling and why he is concerned about the patient because its legal to share patient information and once i feel its an authorised call then the informations regarding the patient is share and more details will be shared if the person could approach hospital directly.

b)An implied contract is the legal contract made between the nurse and the patient ,for an example once the patient is received to the hospital the patient have the right to get treated as well as the patient has the responsibility tonpay the bill this is an impied contract made.thus such contract is a binding .
