FUNCTIONS OF A HUMAN RESOURCE SYSTEM :

!) RECRUITING: The very first work of an HR system is to do the recruitment of the staff and gather the employees who are silled, experience and bring laurels to the company.

2) INFORMATION DATABASE: The. hard copy and soft copy of each and every employee is maintained by the HR systems of a company.

3) PERFORMANCE REVIEW: The HR department also looks after the performance of the employees and provide the appraisals and benefits according to that.

2) CONSTANT MONITOR: It means that you need to look at the work of the employees if they are working in a good manner or not and utilising the resources in an efficient manner or not.

3) GREAT COMMUNICATION: Make sure to have good contacts and proper communication with the required persons.

4) RISK MANAGEMENT :As a project manger you need to make sure that if your project encounters any risk, your employees are able to solve that out and also the risks and the problems should never remain hidden with the shareholders and the stakeholders.
