Interest group is a group of people that seek influence public policy on the basis of a particular common interest. So this group act of the welfare of common people and help in reducing corruption or generate awareness in any which way.
The way it fuctions for the good of the common people makes is successful. They comprise of good people, money and enthusiasm. Their work may range from loggying to media campaighn, to potical issues. And they have an influence on any such decision taken in the society.
Basically there are four elements that makes them successful. they are:-
Size- The largere the group the better it is. It shows the gravity of the issue .
Leadership- To motivate and run any group we need a leader. Obver here also we see that for such group we have a leadership element.
Unity- Unity is actually the most important.
Objective- the bjective should be very clear to the memnbers of the group.
They should participate in any thing which may have an impact on the common people. so it may range from eductaion to political things or any other thing.
An example of such an interest group is National Rifle Association (NRA) where the people are so dedicated that political people cannot oppose them.
