Many laws have been passed to try to help control the high costs of healthcare services and liability insurance in the US. Besides cost, what other effects do these laws have on healthcare delivery? What is the individual's responsibility (patient or provider)?

It is the responsibility of any healthcare service provider to ensure their patients health and safety.they need to provide proper healthcare services at optimized costs . Ensure fast recovery of patients. Maintain hygiene in the premises and create awareness about health safety.

On part of the patients, the patients must follow the medical advice rendered to them. Must regularly take medicines as advices by the physician, must be health and fitness conscious. They must be alert about their self health and visit the healthcare center as soon as they observe any irregularity. Also, they must secure lives of self and family financially.
