strategies might you use as a new nurse to
impart the need for advocacy to your peers and to the student

Nurses have important part in delivering quality health care. Nurses work act as a patient advocate they help patients to have informed decisions regarding their health, explaining medical term and helping for ethical decsion making. The nurse should promote, advocate, protect the rights, health and safety of the patient. As an advocate nurses communicate, educate, provide care, and interpret for patient care to achieve healthy outcomes for the patient. nursing professional values and standards provide safe and high-quality ethical care. nurses' education improve their learning values that improve their awareness and understanding of the importance of professional values. Professional values of nurses important that establish behavior and help for decision making it avoid ethical dilemmas. professional values in ethical codes provide quality professional care. Integration professional values in nursing education important for guarantee in future of nursing. our nursing supervisor as a leader acts effectively as a role model in advocate for the patient by addressing the issues, double-check the error, protect patient rights, educate them with various needs. strategies help us to be a patient advocate. ensure safety for yourself, get professional association for guidance, talk with managers and persons you trust more for your own safety, get support to achieve solution and solve the issues.
