  • A leader should mustn't just bark order but should join the crowd and lead them.
  • It is impossible for someone to know everything, therefore a leader should be humble enough to listen to ones who are knowledgeable. This is important while making a informed decision.
  • A leader should understand one's own drawback and try to prevent one's selfishness from interfering in the decision making process.
  • All these qualities are acquired over a period of time.
  • A person is able to develop these skills with hardwork and practice.
