Leaders are people who can command a group of people and move
them towards the larger good.
A leader needs to be a good visionary as well. He/she should be
able to seen things which are not obvious to everyone.
A leader must have the ability to convince people the
importance of the larger good.
A leader should be aware of how a particular goal can be
achieved.
He/she should not shy away from getting his/her hands
dirty.
A leader should mustn't just bark order but should join the
crowd and lead them.
It is impossible for someone to know everything, therefore a
leader should be humble enough to listen to ones who are
knowledgeable. This is important while making a informed
decision.
A leader should understand one's own drawback and try to
prevent one's selfishness from interfering in the decision making
process.
All these qualities are acquired over a period of time.
A person is able to develop these skills with hardwork and
practice.
Leadership qualities develop with proper grooming
No one is born with these qualities.
Therefore, everyone is a born follower but a leader is
created.
