The advantages to the organisations when values and behaviour of the leaders and the followers are aligned:

  1. In general core values are fairness, trustworthy, respect, responsibility, being ethical etc. By being aligned and following values the leader and the team members has numerous benefits for self and the organization.
  2. These values which are set by the organization and which are termed to be good help to develop and recognize the best possible solution for any problem.
  3. When aligned, it also helps the leader and the members to be centered and confidently approach towards any business which in turn helps in achieving the organizational goals.
  4. When values are followed and thereby when the ethical decision making are made then the organization may feel safe and secured and not act anything against law.
  5. When aligned it forms a pattern of following values and ethics which will in turn become the culture of the organization to work ethically.
