I the growing world, where it is important to have a good knowledge and also having a good communication is with the the customers, which shows the magnitude of;

Researching, assessing and controlling human resources is considered to be the most difficult among other types of resources where human resources is cpnsidere to be the most complicated resources in knowledge based economy. Most often the managers in the organisation are sometimes more curious about using technology and using physical and financial resources. Organisations now a days must concentrate in the factors like human and intellectual capital inorder to gain competative advantage. It is also clearly mensioned in the book titled "The War for Talent" published in 1990 by McKinsey stated that the managers in tp positions increase their emphasis according to the needs of their organisation to effectively attract, develop and preserve talents.
