Most often the managers in the organisation are sometimes more curious about using technology and using physical and financial resources. Organisations now a days must concentrate in the factors like human and intellectual capital inorder to gain competative advantage. It is also clearly mensioned in the book titled "The War for Talent" published in 1990 by McKinsey stated that the managers in tp positions increase their emphasis according to the needs of their organisation to effectively attract, develop and preserve talents.
